This house is situated on a steeply sloping site that overlooks the ocean at Coogee. The project involves remove the existing roof for a new first floor addition that would completely transform the look of the building as well as take advantage of the views that the site offers. The new first floor addition would also create a private rear courtyard and lap pool that would respond far better to the steeply sloping site.
