Due to circumstances beyond their control, the Client for this project needed to vacate their existing premise and have the fitout for their new office ready by that time. The time frame from our engagement, design, contracting of the builder and having the critical fitout works complete ready for the client to move in was 6 weeks. In additional, the fact that noisy construction works could only be conducted outside of office hours, made this an extremely challenging project.

The Client wanted to create an office environment that was comfortable, light and yet still provided the staff with a sense of privacy from the firm’s clients. In order to achieve that, the meeting room suits were located adjacent to the Reception area. A number of walls were demolished to create a large, warm and inviting Reception space that had wow factor.
